    The automatic shopping service is great!! However, our experience with the floral department was very disappointing. We had placed an order for a party and when we went to pick it up an hour before the party, we were informed they were unable to get the flowers we ordered. They did call once but did not leave a message and since the phone number was unfamiliar, we thought it was spam and didn't answer it. They should have left a message.
