  My wife and I have lived here for going on 6 years ( saving to eventually get a home of our own).
  
  I would say this is a great place to live MOST OF THR TIME. We get people moving in and out and when you get a bad neighbor don't expect to get much help from the mangers. ( they will offer to let you move to a open apartment away from the offending neighbor. Why not move the offender?)
  
  This year we have had new neighbors that love playing their guitar at all hours. Which wouldn't be bad if say you lived in a home. In an apartment however isn't really the place to strike up the band.
  
  Besides a noise ordnance after 9pm the managers at the office don't care. Loyalty to long time residence is NON EXISTENT.
  
  If you want a place to party it up. The Reserve is your place. (As far I know nothing in the lease paper forbid band practice so bring you drum kit).
  
  If you're looking for a long term residence with peace and quiet look else where.
  
  If it wasn't for the cost of moving we would have probably already moved. For now we wait.
